Bell Canyon

Is an affluent residential unincorporated community located near West Hills and the western San Fernando Valley in the Simi Hills. It is minutes from the Los Angeles city, Bell Canyon is an equestrian community. This community has private guard-gated locations in Bell Canyon. It has advanced into an exceptionally affluent area of estate homes. However, several of the area’s equestrian properties have
stables, paddocks, turnouts and other horse accommodations. Therefore, compared to nearby Hidden
Hills a few miles to the south. As a result, Bell Canyon and Hidden Hills have security measures at 24
hour guarded entrance gates, security patrols, and spacious residential zoning. In addition, Bell Canyon’s variances are unique topographic features; higher hillside elevations; isolation; and some architecturally distinguished dynasties designed by architects of California ranch-style estates.

The Las Virgenes Unified School District, with students bussed each day to attend the schools of Round Meadow Elementary School, Alice C. Stelle Middle School, and Calabasas High School.
